I used to like them but things have changed. Since popularity has risen, the quality of clothes from 2019 took a sharp nose dive. Stretchy shirts were no longer stretch material, the colour used by the turkish supplier and quality (who also make illusive london and some other brands), now has a dulled logo and as much cost cutting has gone on. Emails they now send are misleading with "75% OFF SALE" but when you click through you see 20s and 30% off and one product is 75%. So Advertising standards agency.. here you go. The David Alves lines are OTT and the styles have become way too sporty all across the board now reducing it more to Gym King standards rather than making something that was middle tier fashion. Go back to how you did business in 2017/2018 for success.

The product is decent but their delivery organisation is so bad I won’t ever order from them online again. I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for about £300 worth of stuff. Girlfriend had the same problem.

Very bad I will not be buying from them again I made a perches seven days ago and it still hasn’t shipped I have contacted them time and time again and all I get is your item will be shipped soon very bad company

Have been a loyal customer now I have to open a new account and register again. Plus klarna is not available anymore. Why wasn't I informed because of new layout you have to register again. Im very upset about all of this.

Very fast delivery! The tracksuit it's exactly like picture and the material is great! Very pleased! Will order again.

Have seen some very bad reviews but my experience was good, i ordered for next day delivery but half way through the day i realised there was no tracking. I emailed them to ask if the parcel was going to be with me today i got a response after a few hours later ssying no, apologising and saying they would refund me my delivery charge and 10% of my total order cost. Parcel did arrive a day late but they were very helpful and refunded the cost only had to wait a total of 2 days so overall itwas absolutely fine

Ordered a winter jacket - when it arrived sizing was completely out, would suggest you order at least the next size up if you want it to fit.Returns process very slow, they don't reply to emails, still waiting for a refund 3 weeks after they received the item back in their warehouse. In the end I raised a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Eventually received an email saying they had processed my refund (but it will take 10 days to process), but it's still not turned up on my account.I know it doesn't take 10 days for a refund credit to appear, when other companies do a refund it appears within 24/48 hours max - it's another delaying tactic, trying to make out it takes up to 10 days for the refund to appear - no, it just means your company waits another 10 days before actually keying in the refund.Judging by other reviews that now seems quite common complaint about this company, they delay refunds.Non existent customer service. Avoid this company.


Lovely company. I order my clothes here a couple times. Even tho I live in the Netherlands the package always arrives fast. Always a good fit and duration of the products are unbelievable! Unfortunately UPS lost My last order.. but the customer service of SikSilk helped me a lot! They are shipping the some clothes I ordered for free! Keep up the good work and stay safe!

My order went missing, and i was having no luck getting updates from customer service by email, so tried web chat - my issue was resolved in minutes, and a new order has been put through. Hopefully the new order will arrive soon, clothes are always good quality.

Awful ServiceI ordered a 2 jackets on their website on Dec 26 and I got updated on 31st Dec that my order is dispatched. And again 5th jan I got mail that one of my jacket is out of order but they have that jacket on their website without offer it is £60 when I’m ordered the jacket price is £24 (60% End of year sale) my simple question is 1)why did you display out of stock products without checking 2) how can you updated without sending an item ( 31st dec updated to me items dispatched)3) You haven’t checked that the stock is available or not for 10 days because I ordered on 26th dec but you send me an email on 5th of January that the item is out of order This is my first experience in my whole life no one can’t behave like this to their customers

Ordered a coat and I’m still waiting for it it be dispatched, it’s been over a week! I’ve emailed and rang them and had no response! I get that COVID is about but if everyone else can stick too there shipping standards why can’t siksilk!

I would like to give no stars but no choice I have to give a star. I have been ordered 2 jackets on Boxing Day because of 60% of the sale price. They updated on 31/12/20 item is dispatched so I’m eagerly waiting for my items but on 5/01/21 they refund 1 jacket money and they send said that the stock is out of order.they updated that the items is dispatched on 31/12/20 and after 5 days they said the item is out of order. When I contact LAYLA and her response is unfair. I’m totally disappointed about your service?
